Greg also known as the “grey ghost” has more than twenty years martial arts experience over all with 16 or so in Zen Chi Ryu. He is a Third Dan of long standing and over fifty years of age. Not only that, he is an outstanding athletics coach and former competitive athlete. He still participates in duathlons, triathlons, marathons and half marathons.
